Shipping Policy

At Hapiprint, every item is made to order just for you. Because of this, your order goes through two stages before it reaches your door: Processing and Shipping. Please read below to understand what to expect.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3 – 8 business days. This is the time our team needs to personalize, produce, and quality-check your item before it's handed off to the carrier. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

During peak seasons (holidays, major sale events), processing may take slightly longer due to higher order volume. We appreciate your patience during these times.

Shipping Time (U.S. Only)

Hapiprint currently ships within the United States only. Once your order leaves our facility, standard delivery typically takes 3 – 5 business days.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Please allow 3 – 5 business days after receiving this link for the tracking status to update, as this is a normal part of the carrier's sorting process.

Shipping Carriers

We work with trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx, depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Hapiprint is not responsible for packages that are delayed, misdelivered, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order contents. The available shipping methods and their costs will always be shown before you complete your purchase.

Delays & Questions

While the vast majority of orders arrive within the timeframes above, occasional delays can happen due to carrier volume, weather, or other factors outside our control.
