On each product page, use the Personalize your product option to add your names, dates or text, or upload a photo and describe your idea. Every item is made to order from the details you submit, so please double-check spelling, dates and photos before checking out.

Yes, if you contact us within 2 hours of placing your order and production has not started. Email support@hapiprint.com with your order number and the subject line "Order Modification Request". See our Cancellation & Modification Policy.

Our 3D relief ornaments are made from 3mm-thick white acrylic, printed on one side with a raised, textured 3D relief effect. Each ornament comes with a hanging cord and is available in 5 sizes from 3.9 to 6 inches.

Our all-over print sweatshirts are made of polyester with a brushed fleece inside, available in Lightweight (185 GSM) or Midweight (260 GSM). Our pajama pants are made of soft polyester. Both are printed with vivid, long-lasting sublimation printing and come in sizes S to 5XL.

Wash inside out in cold water with like colors on a gentle cycle. Use only non-chlorine bleach when needed, tumble dry low, and cool iron if needed.

We work hard to make every item match its product images. Actual colors may vary slightly because of differences between screens and lighting, and sizes may vary by about 1-3 mm.

Orders are processed in 5-8 business days (personalized, produced and quality-checked), then shipped in 3-5 business days. In total, please allow about 8-13 business days. An estimated delivery date is shown at checkout. During peak holiday season, processing may take a little longer.

Standard shipping is $5.90 for the first pound plus $3.90 for each additional pound. Shipping is free on orders of $200 or more. The exact shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay. See our Shipping Policy.

As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can also track it on our Order Tracking page. Please allow up to 2 business days for tracking to update.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. All payments are processed through a secure checkout.

You can cancel within 2 hours of placing your order, as long as production has not started, for a full refund to your original payment method. Email support@hapiprint.com with your order number and the subject line "Order Cancellation Request".

Because every item is made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind. If your item arrives damaged, defective, printed incorrectly by us, not as described, or never arrives, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will send a free replacement or a full refund. In most cases you do not need to send anything back. See our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. PayPal refunds usually take 3-5 business days, and card refunds can take up to 10 business days depending on your bank.
