Order Cancellation & Modification Policy

At Hapiprint, every item is custom-made and personalized just for you. Because of the unique nature of our products, please review our cancellation and modification policy carefully.

Order Cancellation

You may request to cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it, provided that production has not yet begun. Once production starts, orders cannot be cancelled.

To request a cancellation:

  • Email us at support@hapiprint.com with your order number and the subject line "Order Cancellation Request."
  • Include your full name and the email address used to place the order.

If your cancellation request is approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Order Modification

Need to update your personalization details, shipping address, or other order information? We’re happy to help — but please act quickly.

Modifications can only be made within 2 hours of placing your order and before production begins. After that window, changes may not be possible.

To request a modification:

  • Email us at support@hapiprint.com with your order number and the details you'd like to change.
  • Use the subject line "Order Modification Request" for faster processing.

After Production Has Started

Since our products are personalized and made to order, once production has begun we are unable to cancel or modify your order. This ensures the highest quality and accuracy for every custom item we create.

Received a Defective or Incorrect Item?

If there’s an issue with your order — such as a printing error, damaged item, or incorrect personalization — please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund. See our Returns & Refunds policy for full details.
